About
Us

Girls Who Bank is a non-profit organisation with the aim to help close the gender pay gap in Banking. We are supporting schools, colleges and universities with financial education tailored to support the current education curriculum in the UK.

Financial Know-How

As technology evolves, money is becoming increasingly invisible. In this digital world, it is more so important now for children and young adults to grasp the concept of budgeting, savings, interest, good debt, bad debt and fraud.

Our Values

Knowledge

Knowledge is power!

Community

Connection is key!

How can we help?

Our lessons are a fun and interactive way for young people to grow their knowledge, skills, and gain confidence to manage their money better. While a large proportion of our work is to directly influence financial education, we also recognise that children learn through experience. We therefore partner with various financial services institutions, offering hands on experience.

Pay
Gap

Women are paid less than two thirds of men’s earnings at several UK banks.
